Our weight loss & exercise classes provide you with a way of toning up and losing weight without breaking the bank!

Our classes are a revolutionary new approach to losing weight – combining gentle exercise with a weigh-in and weight-loss talk. Classes are now running in Shannon, Co Clare, at the Elite Fitness Centre, Smithstown. Classes take place every Monday evening, between 8 pm and 9 pm.

The Session

Each session includes three activities:

  1. Exercise – gentle & fun, working at your own pace
  2. A weigh-in to track your progress
  3. A weight-loss talk, where you learn how to take control of your weight

A typical class includes:

  • A personal weigh-in, to track your weight and keep you motivated
  • 10 minute warm-up
  • 15 minute exercise routine
  • 20 minutes conditioning exercises
  • 15 minute weight-loss talk, covering a different issue each week

Our classes are fun, and the exercise sessions are varied so you won’t get bored. Rather than long, boring exercise sessions our classes involve short bursts of exercise, interspersed with frequent rest periods. This keeps exercise manageable, and helps you to crank up your metabolism – in simple terms, our classes will help you to burn off fat more efficiently than those long and boring walks. You’ll also take part in a range of exercises designed to firm and tone your body.

Weight Loss Coaching

Each class involves a short talk on weight-loss where we encourage you to share ideas and swap information. These talks are very informal and we strive to answer all your weight loss questions.
